Free delivery on orders over 49 euros

The standard delivery to mainland France is free on orders of 49 euros or over.  For orders under 49 euros with delivery to mainland France the delivery charge is fixed at 5 euros per order. For all delivery options and delivery outside of France click here.

 

Immediate dispatch, delivery within 3 working days

All our products in stock are dispatched the next working day after you order is placed. This means you should received your order within 2 to 3 working days in mainland France depending on your choice of transporter.

 

Satisfied or reimbursed

We hope you will be very satisfied with the articles that you order but we understand that ordering online via a picture is not the same as seeing the complete product in your hands. Therefore we offer a fifteen day period during which you can return any items in your order without penalty. All we ask is that you return the products in their original packing and in the same state that you received them.

Presentation box for all items

All our articles come in attractive presentation boxes. These boxes are designed to keep the crystal clean and safe during storage and they also make an elegant gift box when the crystal is given as a present. We also offer gift wrapping and you can include a message if you want.

 

Secure payment provided by Caisse d’Epargne

Payment by bank or credit card is entirely taken care of by our banking partner Caisse d'Epargne in complete security. Your banking information is never in our possession. You can also pay by Paypal or cheque. For all payment options click here.

 

Premium hand-made crystal

All are products are mouth-blown and hand engraved. From the glassblower through to the engravers and cutters, each piece is individually made and passes through the hands of many different people during its creation. When you hold a piece of our crystal you know that it took the efforts of a team of artisans to create its beauty.
