When will I get my order?

We typically dispatch orders the next working day following your order. This means that for most EU countries you should receive your order within three to five working days.

Will my glass come in a presentation box?

All our articles come in attractive presentation boxes. These boxes are designed to keep the crystal clean and safe during storage and they also make an elegant gift box when the crystal is given as a present.

 

Where do you deliver to?

Our main delivery region is the EU. We can also deliver worldwide but then the delivery costs depend on the weight of the order, which for lead crystal can be sizeable. Please contact us for more details.

 

How can I pay?

We accept payment by bank card, Visa and Mastercard using our payment partner Caisse d'Epargne. Their SPPLUS system is totally secure and your bank details are never in our possession. In addition you can pay by Paypal. Please see our payment page for more details.

 

How do you make sure the glass is not broken during delivery?

We use a multilayer packing system which wraps both the individual pieces of glass and their presentation box. The wrapped presentation box is then secured inside a large delivery box which contains impact particles to secure and protect the complete package. This allows us to send our crystal with confidence that you will receive it in the same condition as it has left us.

Though we send many orders without a problem there are occasional times when the delivery services can crush a package sufficiently to damage the glass inside. So please inspect the package you receive in the presence of the deliveryman. If there is damage to the box please note the anomaly on the delivery form and inform us so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.  

 

How can I track my delivery?

When we dispatch your order we will send you an email notifying you of the dispatch. This will include a tracking number which you can use to follow the delivery of the parcel online at the link here.

You can also find the tracking number under the “My orders” section of your account on our website.

 

What if I don’t like the articles I receive?

We hope you will be very satisfied with the articles that you order but we understand that ordering online via a picture is not the same as seeing the complete product in your hands. Therefore we offer a fifteen day period during which you can return any items in your order without penalty. All we ask is that you return the products in their original packing and they must be intact and in a perfect state. 

If you want to return an order then please email us first and we will then indicate the method to be followed for the return and the postal address where to return the products.
